Ingredients:
1 Tbl Red Palm oil
1 Tbl Coconut oil
5 Granny Smith Apples, sliced (if conventional, always peel your apples!)
Pulp from 2 cooked acorn squashes
4 C thick almond milk
1 C water
1/4 c. Raw sugar, or 3 Tbl honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp salt
Heat oil in your favorite all-purpose pot, add apples and saute. Add squash, almond milk, and remaining ingredients. Puree and serve hot. Goes well with Breakfast brownies and herbal tea.
